Energized by the modern sounds of Chicago Style House music, Combined with a little disco, funk, world beat and hip-hop and you’ve got the sound track to one of our classes! Using the HoopGirl method, we use imagery and positive attitude to help you express yourself using the hoop even if you never thought you could! Build community and have fun!
